Refund Policy

All sales are generally considered final. Due to the digital and non-returnable nature of our products, we have a strict refund policy to prevent software piracy and abuse.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only issued under highly specific, verifiable circumstances:
- The product key or license remains entirely unused/unredeemed.
- The software completely fails to function on your system, and our dedicated technical support team has directly confirmed via a troubleshooting session that the issue is unresolvable on our end.
- You were accidentally charged multiple times due to a payment gateway error.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We will not issue refunds under the following circumtances:
- You changed your mind after purchasing.
- You did not read the system requirements or compatibility lists prior to purchase.
- Your account in a third-party game or service was banned or suspended. Use at your own risk.
- You lack the technical knowledge to follow the provided installation guides (although our support will assist you).
3. Requesting a Refund
To dispute a charge or request a refund assessment, you must open a ticket on our official Discord server within 48 hours of purchase. Providing false information or attempting to file unauthorized chargebacks via PayPal/Credit Card will result in an immediate, permanent ban from our network.
